Why is my product not appearing in a collection?

There are a number of reasons why your product is not appearing in a collection. These include:

  1. The product is marked as inactive.
  2. The product has no prices set.
  3. All of the product prices are marked as inactive.
  4. The market limit for the product is set to 0. Please see our help article on setting stock levels to learn about market limits.
  5. The product was added (or made active) after the collection was launched. If this was the case, please contact your host to request your product be added to the collection.

If any the above points are true, your product will not appear in the collection.
