How do I set my stock levels?

To set your stock levels for a product, just do the following:

  1. Click on the Products link on the left hand side of the portal.
  2. Select 'Stock Levels'.
  3. By default, all product stock levels are set at unlimited. If you'd like to set a limit on stock, click on 'Unlimited' beside the product you want to change.
  4. Use the plus and minus icons to adjust the stock levels. If you set the stock level as zero, it will not display on the collection page.
  5. To go back to having unlimited stock for a product, select the 'X' icon to the right of the plus icon.
If you set a stock limit, as customers buy your product in a collection, this number will decrease. The number listed as your stock level is the amount of stock you have left after all purchased items are delivered at a collection.

What are market limits?

Market limits allow you to set a specific stock limit on a product for each different market that you've joined. This feature will be useful for producers who make to order and can only produce a certain number of items for a given market. An example would be a baker making bread to order. They wouldn't have a set stock limit but they can only produce a certain number of loaves per day.

Note: - Market Limits run down for the specific collection but reset for the following week. This feature is designed for producers with limited capacity.
