When do I get notified of my orders?

When the online ordering portion of the collection is closed, you'll automatically receive an email from NeighbourFood with details about your orders for the collection. You'll be sent 1 of the following emails:

  1. Details on your revenue for the collection along with 2 PDF files containing your order information. One of the file contains your picking details for the collection and the other contains your packing details for each of your customers.
  2. Same as the point above along with a warning statement that you haven't reached your minimum. This email will also contain a button, which when clicked will remove your minimum revenue threshold for that collection only. If you decide to not remove the minimum threshold, all of your orders will be automatically cancelled when the order confirmation time period has elapsed (usually around 11am the following morning - please check with your host) and all of your customers will receive an email detailing their cancelled items. Each of these order items will be automatically refunded for the customer.
  3. An email stating that there were no orders received for this collection. Please check with your host if such an email is a rare occurrence as there may be an issue with the listing of your products in the collection.
