Why am I not getting paid?

There are a few reasons why pay-outs aren't processed for a collection. These include:

  1. A valid scan of your bank statement hasn't been uploaded. Without this document, we have no way of paying out to your bank account. This document needs to show your account name, IBAN, account number and sort code in order to setup your payments correctly. Please see your My Documents page to see if your bank statement scan has been uploaded.
  2. You haven't been verified by Mangopay. Mangopay, our payment provider, will only pay out to producers who they have verified you as a business entity. If you're seeing an orange banner at the top of your page stating 'Please upload all of the required documents for next-day payouts', it means that your account has not been verified by Mangopay yet. If you're seeing this banner, please see your My Documents page to see which documents have yet to be validated or what documents have been rejected by Mangopay.
  3. The collection hasn't been marked as completed by the market host. This will be the case if you see a collection on the Dashboard page with the status 'Completion Due' written beside the collection. If this is the case and more than 2 days has passed since the collection, please contact your host to rectify the situation.
