How do I launch a collection

Click on the Collections tab in the Host Portal 

Adding A New Collection

Click on the green button Add New Collection to create the collection 

Complete all the boxes below. 
Pay special attention to the Welcome Message. This is what will appear in the email to all your customers and on the web page for your market.

The times below will be automatically set based on what you originally set when setting up the market. Check them to be sure.

Click Save and you will be redirected back to the Collections Page 

Preparing your Collection

Next step is to add your producers and have them set their stock levels 

Click on Producers and Products opposite the collection

Click Include in Collection opposite every producer you would like to invite to that particular collection

Next you must set your Host Selection. These are the products you wish to highlight at the beginning of your email and at the top of your collection page.
You can do this by clicking on Products and selecting the gold star opposite each product.

Launching your Market

Once you have all your producers added and your host selection made, next step is to launch your online market. Make sure you allow your producers the time they need to set their stock levels.

Once you are ready, go back into the Collections page of the Host Portal.

Opposite the market you wish to launch, click on the Producers and Products button. (The collection should read In Preparation in orange)

Click Launch the Collection and you are good to go!
