3D secure transaction issue
Unfortunately there are really massive issues with new 3D Secure measures put in place by banks following new anti-security measures.
Because of these new measure, some customers are finding it more difficult to make an order on NeighbourFood.
If this problem is affecting you, here are a list of fixes you can try to resolve it.
1. Try using a different internet browser
- Browsers like Safari and Firefox seem to work much better in this situation than Google Chrome
- If you do not have any of these browsers, you can download Firefox here.
2. Make sure there are no transactions awaiting approval on your mobile banking app
3. Try using a different bank card
