Required Documents For Organisations (UK)

Organisations in the UK must provide Mangopay with the following, in order to get verified for pay-outs:

1. Passport or Driver's License
2. Proof of registration
3. Articles of association
4. Company number

Passport or Driver's License

Mangopay require the front side of a valid driving licence or photo page of a valid passport. If you do not have a valid photo ID there is another option: a utility bill and birth certificate with the same name can be uploaded. 

Accepted formats for uploads: PDF, JPG, JPEG, GIF, PNG. Maximum File Size Accepted: 7MB

Troubleshooting

If you're having problems getting your ID verified, please try the following:

• Make sure the name on your ID matches the name on your NeighbourFood account exactly. If your first and last name don't match exactly, Mangopay will not accept it. If they don't match (e.g. married name and maiden name), please edit your name on the My Account page to match the name on your ID and then re-upload your ID. Please don't change your name back after getting verified as this may result in Mangopay revoking your verified status.
• Make sure your ID is not expired
• Make sure the scan of your ID does not cut off any edges.

Proof of Registration

Mangopay require your registration documentation from HMRC for your company. To get the required document, please do the following:

1. Go to the Companies House search website.
2. Search for your company and click on your company in the search results.
3. Under 'Filing history', find the latest document for 'Confirmation statement' and download it.
4. After the file has downloaded, upload it on this page.

Articles of Association

Mangopay require a scan of your Certified articles of association, a formal memorandum stated by the entrepreneurs, in which the following information is mentioned: business name, activity, registered address and shareholding. This document can be gotten by doing the following:

1. Go to the Companies House search website.
2. Search for your company and click on your company in the search results.
3. Under 'Filing history', find the first document (usually titled 'Incorporation') and download it.
4. After the file has downloaded, upload it on this page.

Accepted formats for uploads: PDF, JPG, JPEG, GIF, PNG. Maximum File Size: 7MB

Troubleshooting

If that document is not listed on the Companies House website, please create a Word document that contains the following and upload it:

• Titles Articles of Association
• Business name
• Details on what the company does
• Registered address
• Details on your shareholders (name, address and shareholding)
• Signed and dated by each shareholder

Company Number

Mangopay require your company number before they'll verify an organisation. You can set your company number on the My Account page.
