How to open an online market & collection

Before opening an online market you must first:

NB This will only need to be done once

Go to the Markets tab of your host dashboard.
**Click on the edit button at the right of your new market and complete the required fields for your market. Hit save and return to the host dashboard

Click on the Collections button on the left side of the page. This will bring you to the Market Collection's page where you will be able to set up new collections, manage current ones and view old ones.
Click Add New Collection and complete the required fields. Make sure to take time filling out your message, this will be what all your customers will read in their weekly email.
Your dates and times will be automatically set to default by the website but you can change them as you like.
Hit Save and you will return to the Markets Collections page. Here you will now see your new collection with In Preparation beside it in orange.

Add Producers To Your Collection

Once a producer is added to your market** you must then add them to your collection.

On the Market Collections page click Producers and Products alongside the collection you are working on.
Here you can manually add producers to your collection by clicking Include In Collection alongside their name. They will receive an email, notifying them that they've been added to the collection. Here is also where you can remove them should you need to by selecting Remove From Collection.

**Before adding producers to your collection they must be joined to your market.

In the Producers and Products section of the Market Collections page click on Products button alongside the producer, which you would like to add to your selection.
A list of all of their products will show. Click on the gold star beside each product to add them to your host selection.

When your collection is ready to go, go back into the collections page and click the edit icon opposite the market you wish to launch. Click Launch Collection on the top left. Now your online market is live and customers can begin shopping.
